  • Define SLAs/SLOs, track system reliability metrics, and lead incident response and post-mortem processes.
Cloud Governance & Optimization
  • Manage cloud resources with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Implement policies for cost control, backup, disaster recovery, and access management.
Security & Compliance (DevSecOps)
  • Embed security controls (SAST/DAST, IaC scanning, secret management) into DevOps workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as the technical DevOps point-of-contact for project managers, product owners, and development leads.
  • Translate technical concepts into business outcomes and influence decisions on architecture and operations.

Indicative Skills:

  • Infrastructure Automation: Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Puppet

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years in a DevOps/SRE role, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Proven track record in leading DevOps transformation or cloud-native infrastructure initiatives.
