Role Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading agile development teams in delivering high-quality products and driving the organization’s transition toward agile methodologies. You will mentor teams in Scrum practices, lead daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives, and ensure continuous improvement across all projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to remove impediments and maintain a healthy workflow will be central to your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Coach teams on agile principles, ensuring continuous delivery and team efficiency.
- Manage project artifacts such as user stories and backlogs.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure clear project requirements.
- Track team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence for managing workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of working Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
- A strong communicator with advanced organizational skills
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or other agile frameworks (SAFe, Kanban, LeSS).
- Hands-on experience with agile tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in agile transformations, ideally in technology or consulting environments.
- Proficiency in English.
