We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP BI/BW Consultant to join our SAP team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Warehouse (BW) to design, implement, and support robust data solutions that empower organizations to make informed, data-driven decisions. You will lead BI/BW projects, optimize existing SAP data structures, and drive digital transformation initiatives using SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW/4HANA platforms.

As a senior consultant, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP experts to deliver scalable and innovative data solutions across industries, supporting both operational and strategic business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of SAP BI/BW solutions, including data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Data Warehousing Expertise: Develop and optimize SAP BW data models (InfoObjects, InfoProviders, DSO, ADSOs) to meet business analytics and reporting needs.
• SAP HANA Expertise: Utilize SAP BW on HANA and SAP BW/4HANA capabilities to build advanced data models and support high-speed reporting and analytics.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and manage reporting solutions using SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or other BI tools to create intuitive dashboards and reports for end users.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from various SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, CRM, third-party systems) into the BW environment.
• Optimization & Performance Tuning: Monitor and enhance system performance by optimizing data loads, query performance, and overall system usage.
• End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead full-cycle SAP BI/BW projects from requirements gathering, blueprinting, and design, through implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data analytics needs, translating them into technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical leadership in resolving complex SAP BI/BW issues, troubleshooting data inconsistencies, and ensuring system reliability.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation of BW configurations, models, and processes, while establishing and promoting best practices for data management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BI/BW implementation, configuration, and support.
• SAP BW Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW/4HANA, with experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
• HANA Studio: Proficiency in SAP HANA Studio for data modeling and optimization, including the use of Calculation Views.
• BI Tools: Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or other SAP BI tools for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Data Integration Skills: In-depth understanding of data integration between SAP systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA) and non-SAP systems using tools like ODP, SLT, and SDI.
• Performance Optimization: Proven track record in optimizing BW queries, data loads, and overall system performance.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading or managing full-cycle SAP BI/BW projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, and delivery.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex data challenges efficiently.
